Ingredients
2Mangosdiced
2/3cupPineapplediced
1/4Red bell pepperdiced
1/2Avocadodiced
1bunch Cilantrochopped fine without stems
1/4cupPurple oniondiced fine
1Limefresh squeezed
salt and pepper to taste
1dashsugar(optional)
Instructions
All the ingredients should be fresh and not dried or from a bottle.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and squeeze the lime over top along with the salt and pepper. Stir and let sit for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator before serving to allow the flavours to set. Enjoy !
