Mango - Pineapple Salsa

This recipe was inspired by a wonderful blogger called "The Pioneer Woman".

Ingredients

  • 2 Mangos diced
  • 2/3 cup Pineapple diced
  • 1/4 Red bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 Avocado diced
  • 1 bunch Cilantro chopped fine without stems
  • 1/4 cup Purple onion diced fine
  • 1 Lime fresh squeezed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 dash sugar (optional)

Instructions

  • All the ingredients should be fresh and not dried or from a bottle.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and squeeze the lime over top along with the salt and pepper. Stir and let sit for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator before serving to allow the flavours to set. Enjoy !
