Hummus
Original food processor recipe made with tahini and extra virgin olive oil.

- 1 can Organic garbanzo beans 19 oz
- 3-4 cloves Garlic minced
- 5 tbsp. Lemon juice freshly squeezed, equivalent to 2 whole lemons
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup tahini stirred well
- 1/4 cup Cold pressed extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. Sea salt
Place the chickpeas, garlic, and sea salt in the bowl of a food processor. Process for 15 to 20 seconds and then stop and scrape down the sides of the bowl, and then process for another 15 to 20 seconds.
Add the lemon juice and water. Process for 20 seconds and scrape down sides of bowl.
Add the tahini and process for another 20 seconds, then scrape down the sides of the bowl one more time.
With the processor running, drizzle in the olive oil and process until a smooth consistency.
